Terms and Conditions

I hereby grant Glencairn Crystal Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, and display my content, effective as of the date of my acceptance of these terms. Everything I have submitted is my original work, and I have full authority to grant these rights to Glencairn Crystal Studio. I understand that Glencairn Crystal Studio is not obligated to credit me with any use of my content and that I do not have the right to review or approve any use of my content.

Additional Terms and Conditions

For good and valuable consideration, Glencairn Crystal Studio. (the “Licensee”) and the author of the submitted content (the “Creator”) agree as follows:

Term. The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence upon the date of acceptance by the Creator and shall continue until terminated by the Licensee. Requests may be submitted to info@glencairn.co.uk.

Proprietary Rights. The Creator upon acceptance of this agreement hereby grants the Licensee, a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to reproduce, distribute, display, amend and use for promotions their submitted content.

Warranties and Representations. The Creator warrants and represents that the submitted content are the Creator’s original work, and do not now and will not violate any existing intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, copyright or trade secret or any contractual rights, and that they contain no matter which, if published, will be fraudulent, harassing, libellous, obscene, or a violation of any rights of publicity or privacy, or any law or regulation. The Creator will fully cooperate with Licensee in responding to and defending against any third-party claim related to the submitted content.

Indemnity. Each Party hereto shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other Party, its editors, officers, employees and agents with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent that it is based upon a claim that, if true, would constitute a breach of any of the indemnifying Party’s representations or warranties.
