PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter

The promoter is: Glencairn Crystal Studio Limited of 29 Brandon Street, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, ML3 6DA (“Glencairn”).

• The Survey and Prize Draw

• Bloody Scotland x Glencairn Long List Giveaway.
  • An unlimited total of entries can be submitted, of which 12 will receive a Prize, chosen on a random basis.

• How to enter

• Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid and will not be entered in to the Prize Draw.

• The Prize Draw is free to enter. Upon completion and submission of your Survey entry you will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw.

• All entries for the Prize Draw must be submitted via the Survey entry and only one Survey entry per person per household is permitted.

• any responsibility or liability for any Survey and/or Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

The statutory rights of any participant in the Survey and/or any winner in the Prize Draw are not affected.
