We are looking for a Digital Native with a passion for e-commerce and driving online sales. If you are commercially savvy, ambitious, motivated by results, target driven, live and breathe the web then please apply and grasp this unique opportunity.


As the eCommerce team leader, you’ll be at the heart of driving our digital growth and success. Your role involves crafting smart plans, curating product listings, making our platform user-friendly, getting creative with marketing, diving into data, and being there for the team. You will be adept at leveraging all social media platforms, Amazon, Affiliates to promote and sell effectively. You will have great communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and a knack for analysing data to take positive action.

We operate three B2C websites with plans for a B2B site to service our trade customers. This is your chance to make your mark in a growing marketplace.


  • Marketplace Strategy & Growth: Come up with smart plans to make our marketplace grow and hit revenue goals. Keep an eye out for new business opportunities, trends, and cool tech to stay ahead. Always thinking about how to drive sales and profit.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Work with our Marketing team to spread the word about us. Being on top of all social media platforms and working together to come up with fun campaigns and events to get more people to notice and love us.
  • Product and Content Management: Make sure our product listings are top-notch. Write great descriptions, take awesome pictures, and keep our product catalogue diverse and high-quality.
  • User Experience and Conversion Optimization: Make shopping with us a breeze! Look at how customers behave, and what makes them buy more, and tweak our platform to drive sales and make them even happier.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track how we’re doing and tell us all about it regularly. Spot trends, figure out what’s working, and where we can do better.
  • Team up with our sales folks to make sure we’re joined up on Amazon and other platforms.
  • Use your influence with our Affiliates and Amazon third-party resellers to make sure everyone’s playing fair.
  • Work with our technical and design partners to maintain and develop customer facing web-systems.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure we maintain leadership in Crystal Glass market.
  • When the business peaks (Black Friday, Xmas) it’s all hands to the pumps. We’re a team, and we all pitch in to make things run smoothly.


  • 3 + Years’ Experience in an eCommerce Marketplace Sales role or similar.
  • Great Highers with a college or Uni qualification, Digital or ecommerce related a bonus!
  • Good grasp of B2C eCommerce and online marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience with platforms like Amazon, Facebook, Insta, TT, WooCommerce etc.
  • Be fast and get stuff done, working solo and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, to management and across teams.
  • Proficient in using software packages to read, interpret, act on, and present data.
  • Understanding of data analysis with the ability to act confidently.
  • Team player who can muck-in with everyone when the heat turns up!



As Glencairn is a working factory, this is an onsite role.

Monday – Thursday: 8am-5pm

Friday: 8am-3pm
